Kinetix Fit Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kinetix Fit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Kinetix Fit.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3. Subscription & payments

• Kinetix Fit Plus is a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel first. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" option in the app, or directly through your App Store/Play Store account settings. Deleting your Kinetix Fit account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies, as we do not process payments directly.
• Promo codes give Kinetix Fit Plus for the period stated when you redeem them, have no cash value, work once and cannot be transferred or sold. We may withdraw a code or its benefit if it was obtained or used unfairly. Where the App Store requires it, Apple's own offer codes are used instead.

4. Not medical advice

Kinetix Fit is a fitness and wellness tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. Nutrition suggestions, calorie/macro targets, and biometric data shown in the app are estimates for general wellness purposes only, and should not be treated as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or if you have any health concerns — particularly if you have an existing medical condition, allergy, or are pregnant.

5. Accuracy of synced and scanned data

Data synced from Apple Health or Google Health Connect reflects what those platforms provide and may not update in real time. Food scanning (photo or barcode) provides estimated nutrition information and may not always be fully accurate, particularly for portion size. Always check packaging directly for allergen information if you have a serious allergy — do not rely solely on the app.

6. Points, rewards, and redemption

• Points are earned through completing in-app activities and have no cash value.
• Plus members can swap points for a coffee voucher (one per calendar month) or put points towards a charity donation. What each costs, the vouchers' value and the monthly limits are shown in the app and may change. Vouchers and donations are only offered in some countries.
• We reserve the right to suspend or reverse points earned through fraudulent activity, including falsified activity data.
• Points do not carry any guarantee of availability of specific rewards, which depend on our third-party reward partners.

7. Charitable donations

Donations made through Kinetix Fit are processed via our charity partner(s) and are subject to their own terms. We are not a registered charity ourselves.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate, falsify, or tamper with points, activity data, or redemption systems
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's operation

9. Third-party services

Kinetix Fit integrates with third-party services (Apple Health, Google Health Connect, RevenueCat, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JN Global Ventures LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kinetix Fit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation would be unlawful.

11. Termination and deleting your account

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, including through fraudulent use of the rewards system. You may stop using Kinetix Fit at any time, and you can delete your account and data yourself in the app (Account → Your data & privacy → Delete account or data) or as described on our delete your account page. Cancel any subscription in the App Store or Google Play, because deleting your account does not do that.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kinetix Fit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
